Our Programs
These established programs support stability, recovery, and progress toward long‑term goals. If funded, we will integrate these supports to reduce barriers and improve retention and placement outcomes.
The Step Up Program is a motivational incentive initiative that rewards participants by celebrating short‑term goals while progressing towards larger, long‑term career goals and independence. The program also includes a treatment approach designed to help CCG clients in recovery remain abstinent.
The goal of the Step Up Program is for each participant to achieve a healthier, more rewarding life by specifically treating the whole person (i.e., body, mind, and spirit). We believe a person cannot be well, physically, if he or she is unable to navigate the transitions of life (e.g., career aspirations, financial security, residential security, and a sense of purpose).
CCG and CCF have developed supportive recovery housing for clients actively engaged in addiction treatment. Our homes offer an affordable option for our clients where they may live and recover.
The program supports individuals who have reached a level of stability in their treatment, but who may be experiencing homelessness, imminent risk of homelessness, or unstable housing.
Recruitment & enrollment
Referral pipelines through schools, housing programs, juvenile justice partners, community organizations, and the workforce system.
Participant support
Individual success plans, coaching, crisis response protocols, and referrals to community resources.
Transition & placement
Job developer support, employer interviews, apprenticeship readiness, and supportive follow-up for 12 months after exit.
Affordable housing work-based learning
Construction training must be tied to meaningful work experiences that build or substantially renovate housing for the community. If funded, our program will complete at least one unit of housing during the grant period and will work with partners to ensure the housing serves low‑income and/or homeless households.
- Work site pipeline: projects identified with housing partners; safety and supervision plan in place.
- Quality training: comprehensive construction training (not just light painting/cleaning tasks).
- Community benefit: housing delivered with appropriate affordability and occupancy restrictions.
